Mike Gundlach's Prior Lake had 60 people attend their first meeting of Citizens for Ethical Government. The name of the group tells Prior Lake's story. Gundlach (recent migrant to the anoka political scene) was apparently a political ally, a lieutenant for Prior Lake's dysfunctional mayor.
